Homework and Reading

At Matchborough First School Academy we value the link between home and school learning and we want to encourage children to understand the importance of learning in and out of school.

All children in the school are rewarded for reading and for learning at home. They will receive a merit every time they read and complete some homework and it is recorded in their log.

15 merits = Bronze

20 merits = Silver

25 merits = Gold

Online learning at home

Below are links for online learning platforms that we use in school and that the children have access to at home. Please ask your child's teacher if your child does not have their login or if you have any questions.

Remember these can be put in your child's home learning diary!
