Today you are going to be Otto and you be writing about what has happened to you in the past few days. If you can not remember the main events look at yesterdays lesson and that will help you.
Read though this diary entry example to help you write your own.

WALT: Divide by 2
Today you will be practising dividing by 2. Remember the sharing circles that we learnt about yesterday?
You can use the same idea to share each amount between 2 sharing circles.
If you think this is too easy, then can you count in 2s to find out the answer.
For example:
18 ÷ 2 =
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
There are nine 2s in 18 so 18 ÷ 2 = 9

WALT: Design a vehicle
Today you will o design your own vehicle. YOur vehicle should be suitable for travelling across the Antarctic. It may need to carry heavy equipment and may travel across bumpy or uneven surfaces.

You may want to think of some of these vehicles to help you...
You will need to think about how you will make the chassis (body of the car). You could use cardboard boxes, empty cereal or shoeboxes. How will you make the wheels? These could be out of card and straws or anything you have at home.
This week you will need to draw a labelled diagram of your design. This could be on paper or using the sheet below.
