This week we would like you to use to exercise cards provided. Choose to complete some of the exercises from the cards and complete them. REMEMBER to have a drink of water by you and if you feel dizzy or unwell you must stop immediately. Before you begin your exercise, fill in the table provided showing which exercise you are doing and like last week check your resting heart rate. Then complete the exercise and record how much your heart rate has increased during that exercise.
