During our zoom session we had a look at heavy and light. We would like you to find something in your house that is heavier than you and something that is lighter than you. Draw a model of balance scales like the ones below and add you and the heavy object and then draw another model of you and the lighter object being in the scales. We can't wait to see what objects you find!
Topic
This week we are looking at the NHS and the people who help us.
Below is a powerpoint with lots of information about the NHS and the people who work in the NHS that help us.
Once you have gone through the slides we would like you to discuss if you have ever been helped by one of those people and how they helped you. This can be done with your parents/ grandparents or an older sibling. You could even get your grownups to record your answers and send the video in via tapestry or email so that we can see your fantastic answers.
You may know someone that works for the NHS - if you do could you draw a picture of what they do and how the help people?
