This half term we are looking at Traditional Tales.
Our focus tale is The Three Little Pigs.
Today's lesson is getting familiar with this version of the story.
It is an important skill to be able to pick out key events and put them in a sequence (the correct order of when they happened).
Task
Put they story into 8 events sequenced in the correct order.
Draw a picture to show what happens in each part and write a simple sentence explaining what happens.

There are different types of lines:
Lines of symmetry show when a shape is symmetrical - it can be folded in half and be equal - exactly the same on both halves.
You can use a range of practical resources to explore shapes being halved along their line of symmetry (mirrors, geoboards, paper folding).

This lesson you will look at a variety of different objects and say what material they are made from.
