This week we would like you to focus on
'not giving up' and developing our growth mindset.
Is there something that you find tricky at home? Can you challenge yourself to do something that is normally tricky without giving up!
examples include: riding a bike with no stabilisers, getting dressed by ourselves, doing the zip up on our coats, maybe a new jigsaw or game.
When we find something difficult it can be easy to 'give up'. But if we continue to try we are training our brains and finding a way to accomplish the challenge.
