Families are entitled to £15 per child per week and these will be sent out fortnightly. The email will come directly from Edenred not school. Future vouchers will be sent fortnightly and to the value of £30.

Please note, if you have trouble accessing your codes or using the Edenred website, you will have to contact their customer service as we cannot access your voucher information once you have received your eCode.

Places for Key Worker and Vulnerable Children

If you have received an email and text message to say that your child has been allocated a space to attend school during the Spring 1 lockdown you will need to carefully read the following information.

Drop off and Pick up times

From Wednesday 6th January – Friday 12th February children attending school will have a start time between 8:50-9:00am. This 10 minutes window is to reduce crowding at the school gates.

The school day will end at 3:00pm.

Children will be in small year group bubbles and will all be working in the same classroom. They will be taught by a teacher and TA from their year group and this will rotate weekly. They will have their class teacher at some point throughout the half term. When their teacher is not in school they will be teaching the other children in the year remotely over Zoom.

Children will be working in the following classrooms

Nursery door as normal

Please see the map below for further information.

We ask that Nursery, Reception and ALL year 1 pupils enter the school gate and walk across the playground around the back of school as shown with the blue arrow below.

Pupils in Year 2, 3 and 4 follow the red arrow and enter their classrooms at the front of school.

We would like to encourage all children in Years 3 and 4 to enter the school gates and walk to their classroom on their own.

If you have children with siblings in different year groups, they will be still be able to enter and leave their classrooms through the back door onto the playground just as they did before lockdown.

What to bring

We still ask that children do not bring bags or items from home to school.

Children should bring a pencil case and stationary with them on their first day, this will remain in their classroom for the entire half term.

Children in Reception and Nursery do not need to bring a pencil case.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 are all entitled to Universal free school meals. Therefore they will be provided with a school lunch if required.

Children who receive Income based free school meals in year 3 and 4 will also be entitled to a free school dinner.

For the first 3 days, we will be providing cold packed lunches only. From week 2 onwards, hot dinners will be available to all children.

If your child does not want a school dinner or is not entitled to free lunches they will need to bring a packed lunch.

From week 2 onwards, we will be sending out a menu and taking lunch orders at the price of £2:30. These will be available to everybody.

PE days

Your child will be allocated a PE from week 2 onwards. This information will be text to you.  Children will be able to come to school in their PE kit on these days. Every other day they are required to wear full school uniform.
