School Governors

What do the school governors do?

Governors work with the senior leaders in the strategic development of the school.

They attend regular governor meetings and carry out school visits, both formal and fun.

They work as a team, alongside the Headteacher, to make collective decisions.

Below is the current list of Matchborough First School Academy governors, along with their role within the governors and their subject or area of responsibility within school.

To find out more about your school governors also see regular articles in the newsletter and the governor's display/notice board in the reception area in the main school.
